Do you need someone to come in and help your staff with processing the incident?

This can be done face to face in the office or over a zoom/teams meeting.

I will sit and facilitate the team as a group to talk through the incident and process their feelings.

I can also offer spaces for 1-1 sessions within the building after the team debriefing.
